Terms of Use for Third-Party Payment Gateway in Hosted Applications of Clients


These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") govern the use of the third-party payment gateway ("Payment Gateway") in the hosted applications of the clients ("Clients") of Samvit Infotech ("Samvit"). By using the Payment Gateway, Clients agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  1. Payment Gateway Services

The Payment Gateway is a third-party service that allows Clients to accept online payments from their customers. The Payment Gateway is provided by a third-party service provider ("Service Provider") and is integrated into the hosted applications of the Clients. Samvit does not control or operate the Payment Gateway, and as such, is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of the Payment Gateway.

  1. Client Obligations

Clients must ensure that they have obtained all necessary consents and permissions from their customers to use the Payment Gateway to collect payments. Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any information they provide in connection with the use of the Payment Gateway.

Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data privacy and security, in connection with their use of the Payment Gateway.

Clients must not use the Payment Gateway to engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities, including, but not limited to, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.

Clients shall indemnify and hold Samvit harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with their use of the Payment Gateway, including but not limited to any breach of this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations.

  1. Termination

Samvit may terminate this Agreement at any time upon notice to the Clients. Upon termination, Clients must immediately cease using the Payment Gateway.

  1. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Samvit is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By using the Payment Gateway, Clients agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Refund Policy
